NZF Skill Centres & Youth Development Programmes

The NZF Futsal Skill Centre offers additional training for players with potential to support them to reach their goals.  

The NZF Futsal Skill Centre and Futsal Youth Development Programme offers additional training for players to support them in reaching their goals. The sessions will lead into the Youth Futsal Championship trials for 2023 (you do not have to be a part of this programme to trial).

Skill Centre

  • Who: Boys & Girls aged 9-12yrs (born 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011).
  • Time: 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Futsal Youth Development Programme

  • Who: Boys & Girls aged 13-17yrs (born 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006).
  • Time: 5.00pm to 6.30pm.

Join one of our Term 1 Leagues

We run leagues for junior, high school and senior players, in both the Waikato and Western Bay of Plenty.

CLUB/SCHOOL FUTSAL COORDINATORS

Futsal has exploded nationally with a national plan and a regional delivery structure in place. With futsal now becoming integrated into local community clubs, schools and groups the need for local leadership to ensure coordinated and aligned delivery is essential. That’s where you may come in!

2023 YOUTH FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Competition Details

  • Dates: Thursday 14th to Sunday 17th December 2023.
  • Venue: Akau Tangi Sports Centre, Wellington .          
  • Grades: Girls & Boys Under 15, Under 17, Under 19.
  • Format: 4-day tournament (travelling one day before).

Participants born in the following years are eligible to play in the respective grades.

  • Under 19s - 2004 & 2005
  • Under 17s - 2006 & 2007
  • Under 15s - 2008 & 2009
